Look how far we've come!

I spent most of this past weekend on the couch, resting, watching movies, and recovering from a cold (Kirk did, too).

Looking back, apart from a single run-in with Covid, and my facial paralysis health event in August 2022, I haven’t had a full cold like that in over 4 years!

This is something to celebrate!

AND, this most recent cold showed me where I was dropping back to an old pattern of over-doing, without adequate rest and replenishment.

And now that I’m out the other side, I can see and feel the value of keeping promises to myself for rest, stillness, and quiet time.

Continuing with this theme of looking back to recognize value, how can we understand how far we have come UNLESS we look back and evaluate the progress?

When was the last time you paused for a moment to see how far you’ve come? When was the last time you made a point of celebrating a recent milestone?

Take a moment now and do that – what are you celebrating?

Here’s what I’m celebrating:

1. When I show up and share my gifts, I get rewarded – I did readings for 17 people at the Sidney Psychic Fair on May 25th!
2. I’m finding it easier to clear out and clean up old spaces, paperwork, computer files – yay!
3. I have so many qualifications, trainings, and certifications – in other words, a beautiful combination of experience, expertise, and wisdom, that make me an amazing healer, coach, and guide.

And, to celebrate the looking back, I have some fun ways we can spend time together – both online and in person!
