Lots of fun, exciting, and heart-full things to share with you today.

Thank you to each of you who replied to my more recent love letter to you on sunshine and snowflakes. It was delightful to hear from you and several of you snapped up the free 30-Minute Channeled Message session pretty quickly!

I’m going to start with exciting, and close with reflection.

It's January, and many of us are receiving the bills and statements from the holiday season. And many of may be feeling alllll the feels around those bills and statements.

You may or may not know that I’ve been studying the past few months to become a certified Magnetic Money® coach with the wonderful Miriam Castilla. My final projects are in and I'm confident I’ll be celebrating receiving the designation in the coming weeks!

And part of that celebration includes being part of the next live round of Magnetic Money® with the free offering of The Big Money RESET.

What is it?

It’s a free week-long exploration and reset of your attitudes, habits, and beliefs around money, wealth, and abundance.

I’ve worked with Miriam Castilla since 2018 on all of these things and it really has changed my life for the better. I used to be someone who hid her head in the sand and hoped it would all work out... especially around dreaded tax season. (newsflash - it often didn't work out...)

I’d try to get on top of things, and just keeping getting further into debt. Honestly, working with Miriam has completely transformed my relationship to money, wealth, and abundance.

Please know that this is not a ‘get rich quick’ or an MLM scheme. This is an all-access course with live rounds twice a year. As a certified Magnetic Money® support coach, I’m there in the live rounds to support everyone in the program.

There are practical tools, mindset support and hypnotic meditations in addition to the core content of the course itself. (Spreadsheets, meditations, and more, oh my!)

Emerging Themes...

There’s been a theme emerging from client sessions lately, and I really want to share it here to remind you to give yourself…

Grace.

I say this as much for myself, as I do for the clients and loved-ones who have been struggling with perfectionism, not-enough-ness, I’m-not-worthy-ness, and anywhere you’ve been ‘should-ing’ yourself….

Where can you give yourself the grace to be at peace with where you are right now?

How can you offer another person grace, when you’re feeling triggered AF by what they are saying, doing (or not doing)?

And finally, can you feel into your heart-space and feel the gentle wash of Grace that is just waiting to take up residence there?

Do this with me right now:

· Hand on heart.

· Feet on floor.

· Take a deep breath in and relax your belly as you do.

· Exhale, open your mouth, and release your jaw.

· Take another breath, this time into your upper chest and upper back

· Exhale, releasing down through your feet into the floor.

· Take one more breath, breathing in through the top of your head, allowing your whole torso to expand

· Exhale through an open mouth, feel your body relax, and then tune into the word:

Grace

Breathe in a comfortable and easy way and explore that word/concept/energy of grace with your mind, your heart, and your soul.

NOW, where can you give yourself more grace?

Sometimes the surrender feels painful or uncertain. Trust yourself.

The Seeker's Circle

What is it?

A group of maximum 8 women (plus me) meeting at my home twice monthly to explore a variety of topics.

Sometimes there will be a monthly ‘theme’, sometimes we can see what is coming through for those participating. I have a feeling it will develop very organically.

We’ll meet 7:30 to 9 pm at my home in Fernwood (near Victoria High School)

The dates I have confirmed are:

Mondays Feb. 12th and 26th

Mondays March 11th and 25th

Mondays April 8 and 29th

Topics will nearly always be ‘spiritual’ in nature, with a strong emphasis on curiosity and inquiry, and looking beyond the standard ‘spiritual tools’ that we have relied upon in the past.

If this sounds like something you’re interested in participating in, I offer a sliding scale access point of $25 to $75 per session.

Ideally, I’d like to build a consistent cohort for the first 3 months, and then we can see how we feel from there, but I’m willing to let the first session be a ‘testing ground’ for future participation.

Just reply to this email if you’d like to know more. If there is strong interest, I’ll look at opening a second cohort up. Please let me know by Saturday, February 10th, if you’d like me to count you in for the first session and we’ll go from there.

I'm so thrilled to be doing more in-person work again and group facilitation is an area in which I'm particularly talented.

Remember, grace is all around you, what you seek is seeking you, and whatever you are called to do, be, or have in this world is destined for you.
