I feel like I’ve been on FIRE the past six weeks since returning from my trip to Spain, Croatia, and Montenegro.
And, it hasn’t been without it’s bumps and re-directs.
November has been a big month on so many levels, and, as many of you are aware, there have been world events, astrological events, and more than likely, personal ‘events’ that have made this time a bit of a ride.
But, I bring to mind a word/concept my counsellor shared, when I told her what I have been navigating. She said I was handling it in a ‘masterful’ way.
And, I’m grateful. Because it gave me permission to look at what has been unfolding in my life over the past several years (facial paralysis and recovery, the transition of our 14-year-old dog, Lola in July 2023, relationship challenges, family dynamics – you get the picture), and I DO feel masterful.
Like YES, I AM MASTERFUL!
(And, it doesn't mean I handle everything with grace, either, as I'm sure my loved ones will attest!)
Lately, I’ve been participating in a coaching container (hosted by Jo Bendle), called BOLD. Yep, you guessed it – setting some BOLD goals, seeing what comes up, navigating that, and more.
And as we move through these shifting times, we sometimes lose sight of ourselves.
- Who are we?
- What are we doing?
- Why do we keep doing the same thing over and over (and expect it to be different)?
- Who do I WANT to be? Ok Be that.
In reflecting on these questions for myself, I’ve noticed some big shifts in my focus, my dedication to myself and my business, and I've also decided it’s time to work more fully with people again in a long-term, transformative way.
And I really couldn't be more excited about it!
